BOSCA News Box September 2016
What’s happening this September…
The annual meeting is at 7pm on Monday 19 September in the BOSCA bungalow. All parents and carers are warmly invited to hear an update on operations, meet members of the parent-run board and find out about how BOSCA is run. New members would be very welcome. If you are stuck for childcare and need to bring your child along please speak to Beverly.
As the darker nights are approaching we would like to remind all parents that in the past vehicles have had their window smashed for items that have been left visible on the floor or seats. These incidents have reported to the police.
Staff training is ongoing and Susan, Stewart and Chelsea are continuing their study. Susan is studying for her PDA Level 9 in Childhood Practice and Stewart and Chelsea will be doing their Level 3 qualification in Playwork in October. We also welcome Ashley to our team who will be with us this year while she completes her study at University.
As it is now September, any arrears as well as August and September payments should have been made. Primary 1 parents will have received paperwork and payment instructions from Beverly. All accounts outstanding are now being passed to the board.
