Dear Parents and Carers What's Happening Update on December 2021 In addition to all the measures in place to reduce the spread of Covid-19 and the Omicron variant at Bosca, yesterday I made the decision to reinstate cohorts for staff and children until the end of term. The identification of close contacts is risk based and if required will be easier to identify now the children are in cohorts and no longer sharing indoor space. The children have been grouped into three cohorts, P1 - P3 will use the Main Hall which is our largest space and will accommodate the three peer groups easily. Primary 4 and 5 will be in Room 7 and Primary 6 and 7 will be in the Gym Hall. The playground and pitch will be open to all children, while outside only staff members are required to socially distance. The staff team will continue with their Lateral Flow tests and will keep a 1–2-meter distance between themselves and the children both indoors and out. Kind Regards Susan Brown Manager |
