Panto

A lad in Bosca

Script written, rehearsals started and the dancing has commenced. This years performances will take place in the school on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th December with a full rehearsal on the Monday 9th December. Performances this year will start at 6.15pm prompt, doors open 6pm.

If your child is participating in the panto and they do not usually attend on the performance dates please can they be brought to the school for 5pm, this allows time for costumes to be fitted.

We will be showing clips from last years performance to the children who are new to Bosca so they can get an idea of what it is all about. If you would like to see a copy of the children performing “Her with the hair” please just ask a member of staff.

We encourage all of our Bosca children to get involved. There are roles to be filled behind the scenes, painting scenery, making props and moving the set on the night. We are also asking the children to get involved in designing the front cover for the programme to be distributed on the night.

BOSCA board

We are still looking for parents to join the Bosca board. New members would be very welcome. If this is something you would be able to get involved in please get in touch. info@bosca.org.uk

Fee Reminder

Payment for next month should reach Bosca’s account by the 7th December.

Cancellations

If your child is not attending Bosca please can you let us know asap. This reduces time spent each day calling to locate children who have been safely collected.

In Service Day

We have had a sign up sheet for the Inservice day on Friday 29th November. If you have signed up you will be asked to complete a booking form to confirm your place. This allows us to organise activities for the children and staff ratio’s.

General election

Due to the newly announced election the school has confirmed that it will be used as a polling station and our let has been cancelled therefore we will NOT be able to operate on Thursday 12th December.

End of term

School finishes at 2.30 on Thursday 19th December.
Bosca will operate 2.30-5.30pm
